Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs) designed to provide clear, actionable recommendations that fit within real classroom environments and school systems.
Consultation & Coaching
Collaborative support focused on identifying what is driving behavior and building practical strategies staff can implement consistently across settings. Services may include classroom observations, problem-solving, direct student support, ongoing coaching, and district consultation.
Training & Capacity Building
Training and coaching designed to help teams build confidence, implement strategies effectively, and sustain supports over time. Topics are individualized to district and school needs and may include classroom management, de-escalation, behavior systems, and supervision for RBT, BCaBA, and BCBA candidates in school settings.
